TANNING SERVICES including UV and UV less DON’T require an appointment. 

ALL MEDICAL SPA SERVICES - by appointment only. 

AUTOMATED SPA SERVICES are available by appointment 6 days a week. We do accept walk-ins, but please keep in mind, we may not have the service of your choice available and you may be required to wait.  We do recommend scheduling your appointments ahead of time to reserve your preferred time. We recommend making appointments for all services except for tanning & spray tan as early as possible to ensure that we can accommodate you with your choice of time. Please call us at 720-650-0680 to book or cancel your appointments. 

CANCELLATIONS FOR MED SPA SERVICES: We require a credit card at the time of booking. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED unless you failed to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior your appointment time.  If you cancel the SAME DAY or DID NOT SHOW for your appointment, your credit card will be charged $25 cancellation fee or the cost of your treatment – whatever is LESS. When appointment is booked, the system automatically sends you an appointment confirmation. The day before your appointment you will get a text reminder. At that time you need to confirm your appointment using the link provided or call us to cancel/reschedule to avoid $25 No Show Fee. 

PLEASE RECOGNIZE THAT THE TIME OF OUR STAFF IS VALUABLE. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.  Initial  

APPOINTMENT VALUE: The appointment confirmation text comes with the link that shows the appointment value for a single treatment. This is not an actual price and YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED. All payments for the services are processed ONLY at our physical location with client’s presence and authorization. 

We suggest to arrive 10 minutes early. This gives you a few minutes to check in at the reception desk, use the restroom, fill out the appropriate questionnaire/paperwork according to what services you are receiving, change into a robe (for some services). 

LATE ARRIVALS: If you are running more than 10 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you. However, we do value the appointment time of all of our clients so it may be necessary to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment at the manager’s discretion. In case if we have to reschedule your appointment because of late arrival $25 fee for missing an appointment may be charged. 

PAYMENTS: We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The prices are subject to change without notice.  

REFUND POLICY: Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. All sales are final but we will be happy to issue a store credit for unused package or not redeemed services to be used for different treatments. 

PERSONAL ITEMS: We are not responsible for loss or damages to personal items. Please keep them with you during your appointment.

TAXES & GRATUITIES: MED SPA or AUTOMATED SPA services are tax free. Tanning services if purchased together with SPA considered as part of service package and therefore are TAX FREE as well. Stand alone UV tanning services are subject of 10% federal excise tax. TIPS FOR ESTHETICIANS are always appreciated but never required. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES & VOUCHERS: Gift certificates face value expires at the expiration date however the actual paid value never expires. Example: If you paid $75 for $100 face value Gift Certificate - you can still redeem $75 toward services after expiration date. Vouchers and special discounts will not be accepted after the expiration date. 

SERVICES PERFORMED DISCLAIMER: Services performed are at your own risk. Redness, soreness, and irritation are possible side effects of some SPA treatments and will be explained to you prior to the treatment. You are responsible for notifying your technician if you are pregnant, taking any medications, or have been diagnosed with an illness as this may make you ineligible for treatment. The SPA has a right to decline services.
